The big picture: Romcom with a twist starring Hugh Dancy and Rose Byrne as sheltered Adam and cosmopolitan Beth, who first encounter each other when Beth moves in to the apartment upstairs. Romance can be confusing at the best of times, but in Adam's case the risk of miscommunication is heightened. Funny, touching and heartwarming, the film also stars Peter Gallagher and Amy Irving.
