PC Peter Carter
I have been a police constable for the past eight years. I spent seven years working in Braintree where I was the dedicated officer for the Threefields neighbourhood. I have been working in Chelmsford since March 2012 where I was working mainly in the City centre dealing with the homeless, retail crime and the night time economy. Having spent most of my police career working in a rural environment I am looking forward to working with and helping the residents of Chelmsford and surrounding villages.
