By the 'Hawthorne Estate', one assumes that the journalist, who obviously does not live in Brentwood, means the Three Arches Estate. In addition, Hawthorn is spelt without an 'e'.

Are there any local journalists in the employment of this paper?

Does it matter about the spellings and who works where John, am sure you wouldn't be worried about it if it was you that was attacked. I know the guy who was attacked and it had to be an unprovoked attack, as he would never offend anyone, let alone start a fight. Hope the attackers read this, cause would like to say what a bunch of low life scum they are, and they proved this Saturday. Not really big brave boys are they, having to attack in a group, like silly little school boys in the playground.

Can I say in response to 'bones, mind your own buisness' that my comment in this public forum was regarding that accuracy of the report, nothing more than that. Clearly the events on Orchard Avenue are incredibly unfortunate and I hope that they catch the attackers who 'done over' your mate.
