Antique chair stolen from church

AN appeal has been launched for the return of an antique chair which was stolen from a church.
The seat, a wooden smokers bow style Windsor chair, worth around £200, was taken from St Mary’s Church, in Blackmore Road, Fryerning, between January 3 and 6.
Investigating officer Simone Wade said: “It’s very sad that someone would take this from the church and I would appeal to anyone with information to call me at Loughton Police station on 101, extension 313417.”
