Woman killed in Coxtie Green crash

A 52-year-old woman died after being involved in a car crash on Thursday afternoon.
At about 4.55pm the female from Romford who was driving a Jaguar collided with a Ford Fiesta near the South Weald golf course on Coxtie Green Road.
She was confirmed dead at the scene while the driver of the Fiesta suffered shock but was otherwise uninjured.
Police closed the road off until 10.30pm and have issued an appeal for witnesses to help in their investigations.
