Four vehicle crash leaves A12 at standstill
A CRASH involving two cars and two lorries caused gridlock on the A12 in Brentwood on Thursday evening.
The accident on the dual carriageway at about 8.15pm caused a standstill between the Brook Street roundabout and Mountessing junctions.
Firefighters from Brentwood and Ingatestone were tasked with cutting free with one of the lorry drivers.
Traffic starting flowing again just after 9.45pm.
