Brentwood mayor hosting festive carol service
A CHRISTMAS carol service is being hosted in Blackmore by the mayor of Brentwood.
Madeline Henwood is holding her official civic carol service at The Priory Church of St Laurence, in Church Street, on Thursday.
Singing will begin at 6pm with refreshment following the end of the event.
Entry is free with donations being taken on the evening for Citizens’ Advice Bureau and Diabetes UK, the mayor's chosen charities of the year.
