THE plea hearing of a man stood accused of attempted murder has been pushed back to February 7.
Francis O'Donoghue, 27, is standing trial for two counts of attempted murder and one of possessing cannabis, following an incident at a traveller’s site in Goatswood Lane, Navestock, on August 27 when two men received gunshot wounds.
O’Donoghue, of Wood Green, London, appeared at Basildon Crown Court via video link from Belmarsh Prison.
The plea and case management hearing has been pushed back due to defence not having time to speak to O’Donoghue.
