PUBLICANS are celebrating after going past the £14,000 fundraising mark for a children's hospice.
Drinkers at the Bell pub in High Street, Ingatestone, helped raise £853 earlier this month for Thundersley-based Little Havens Children's Hospice.
The sum means the pub has raised a staggering £14,000 over 13 years, much to their delight.
Landlord Steve Brace said: "Our customers, especially our loyal regulars, and our amazing bar staff are the people we really want to thank for their generous support for Little Havens over the years.
"They are always willing to donate and do so with a smile on their face knowing that their donations are making such a big difference to children and families who need it most."
