TOWIE star Charlie Sims opened a deli on Brentwood high street saying: “I want to give something back to the town.”
Charlie, who joined the reality TV show last year, was joined by his sister Chloe, on-off girlfriend Frankie McCann, best friend Mario Falcone and former Towie star Joey Essex at the shop’s opening on Saturday.
Hundreds of people flocked to the shop, which is next to Cascades of Babylon.
The deli sells locally made tea and coffee, homemade cakes, sandwiches, preserves and oils.
Speaking to the Weekly News on Monday after a busy first full day of trading, Charlie said: “Everything’s home-made and local. I’m trying to give something back to the community.
“I saw a space in the market for a deli and thought it was something the town needed.”
