Three men are due to appear in court later this month after they were charged with drug offences in Brentwood.
Police executed a search warrant at a house on Wellesley Road on Saturday, December 21, 2013, and found 126 cannabis plants (pictured) and 4kg of cannabis.
Thomas Scammell, a 52-year-old restaurateur from Priests Lane, Shenfield, Paul Scammell, 50, from Louvaine Avenue, Wickford, and construction worker Barry Carey, 61, from Wellesley Road in Brentwood were later arrested.
They have now each been charged with producing a Class B drug; being concerned in the production of a Class B drug and being in possession of a Class B drug with intent to supply.
All three men are currently on police bail prior to their appearances at Basildon Magistrates Court on Thursday, July 31.
