BRENTWOOD Council is informing residents that from Thursday, an independent research agency will start carry out a telephone survey on their behalf.

The survey will ask residents how satisfied they are with services being offered by the council, Brentwood as a place to live and if they feel they are getting value of money from the council on their services.

The findings will help the council decide what needs to change in the future. The survey will run for about eight days.

Council leader, Councillor Barry Aspinell, said: “As a Council it is important to us to find out how residents feel about the services we offer and how they are delivered.

“It is also important that when residents contact us, they feel they have been listened to and get the information they came to us for. Obviously, one of the best ways to get those views is to ask residents directly.”
