DETECTIVES are appealing for witnesses following a robbery in Ingatestone.
A 24-year-old man who lives in the area was walking through a wood between Kingfishers and New Road towards Willow Green and the Anglo European School when he was approached by three teenagers.
They threatened to hurt the victim unless he gave them money.
They made off with £20 in cash.
It happened at around 3pm on Monday, September 15.
Officers have been making enquiries with the local community since the incident took place.
However, they would particularly like to speak to anyone who witnessed the robbery or who may have any information relating to it.
Anyone that can help is asked to contact Dc Joanna Barnes at Brentwood by calling Essex Police 101.
