A 17-YEAR-OLD boy has been arrested in connection with a telephone fraud in which an elderly couple from Blackmore were tricked out of £24,000 last month.
The boy, from east London, was arrested at Loughton and has been taken into custody at Harlow police station. He was arrested on suspicion of fraud by false representation.
