Brentwood Borough Council is seeking to let the Hutton Community Centre.
The council hopes an organisation with a track record of managing high quality community centre may be able to help secure a sustainable future for it.
The council is also particularly interested in engaging an organisation that can demonstrate skills in voluntary and community sector innovation, finance and funding.
Applicants will be able to view the centre at the Bidders Open Day on Friday, October 16 from 10am – 4pm, Hutton Community Centre, Harrison Close CM13 1LP.
Deadline for any expressions of interest is Monday, November 2 by 5pm.
The Leader of Brentwood Borough Council, Councillor Louise McKinlay, said: “The Hutton Community Centre is at the heart of the local area.
"We are very keen that its future and legacy are not only secured – but continue to benefit the residents who live around it.
" It is vital that the Centre meets the needs of the wider community and offers something for everyone.
"Please come along to the ‘Bidders Open Day’ to find out more information if you think your organisation can deliver a sustainable future and deliver for Hutton residents."
