Nursery gets Ofsted praise

AN education centre has been praised for its “well-led and managed” care.
Hopscotch Day Nursery in School Road, Kelvedon Hatch, has been assessed as 'good' by Ofsted.
The nursery was given a mixture of good and outstanding marks for the 17 assessment criteria.
Staff were described in the report as having an excellent relationship with the children, enabling them to “develop high self-esteem and confidence”.
Children were also said to be “extremely well-behaved” because staff employ a “consistent approach to managing their behaviour and are excellent role models”.
Liz Breslin, nursery owner, said: “We are absolutely delighted with the comments made following our recent inspection which reflects the hard work and commitment of the Hopscotch team in creating a fun and secure environment for the children."
