POLICE have released pictures of nearly 30 items of suspected stolen property, in the hope of finding the rightful owners.

The jewellery, bicycles and tools have been recovered during on-going investigations into burglaries and thefts across the south of Essex, from Southend to Basildon.

Fifteen people have been arrested in connection with the operation and further arrests are expected.

You should have reported it at stolen at the time, or have a proof of purchase Police are asking people to get in touch even if they have made an insurance claim- officers will be able to deal with the insurance company on their behalf.
