FRESH from its latest critically-acclaimed West End run, Viva la Drag! is coming to town.

As well as having vocals arrange by the team behind Girls Aloud, the show is directed by Kylie Minogue’s creative director William Baker and features songs especially composed by Boy George, so expect a show with real musical pedigree.

It brings the time-honoured tradition of Drag Queens into the 21st century, and features an array of singers performing chart toppers and classic hits.

The plot of Viva la Drag!

charts the rise from rags to the queens of drag of the close harmony group Supreme Fabulettes.

Combining sweet harmonies, wondrous costumes, cuttingedge variety Viva la Drag! promises “a night of glitz, hits, fun and kitsch”.

The show comes to the Civic Theatre on Saturday, September 20, starting at 7.45pm.
