A COUNTY Councillor got his nails done after 25-year-old Chloe Whitehouse opened her own beauty salon on Moulsham Street.
Councillor Dick Madden was one of Chloe’s first customers after she opened the doors of Perfection. The salon offers the most up-to-date aesthetic treatments including high definition brows, body-wraps and skin-refining facials.
Chloe said: “I am passionate that every woman and man should feel good about themselves all the time and not just for special occasions.
“My motivation for opening this salon is to offer everyone the most current beauty treatments at price that will not challenge their pockets.”
The shop is situated above Rumour Hair on the street.
Mr Madden, who represents the ward the shop is situated in, said: “I am delighted to see a young person with such determination launching her own business within Moulsham Street.”
