Superhero skydivers and colleagues Paul Knighton and Saricka March, from the St John Ambulance regional HQ in Chelmsford, will be completing tandem parachute jumps from 10,000 feet in October as part of the first aid charity’s fundraising challenge, the Superhero Skydive.

They are both hoping to raise much-needed funds for St John Ambulance so it can continue its life saving mission.

Paul and Saricka both hope many more people will join them by signing up to do a sponsored skydive between now and October and help the charity with its fundraising efforts.

Paul said: "The skydive will be a once-in-a-lifetime experience and I am really pleased to be able to support St John Ambulance through this fundraising initiative. I would urge as many people as possible to come forward to take part in the Superhero challenges.

"Hopefully together we can help save more lives."
