The current office block off Railway Sqaure
TWENTY new homes could be built behind Broomfield Road in a redundant office block.
Property management company Wild Boar Properties want to demolish the office block behind Barda Restaurant, off of Railway Square, and build a block of 20 flats in its place.
As part of the development, another vacant office block next door to what would be demolished under the plans, would be altered to form part of the four-storey building.
Under the plans two communal entrances would be accessible from Railway Square and Broomfield Road, and space for 24 bicycles and bins.
