TRAIN operator Greater Anglia has recognised an employee at Chelmsford station for excellent customer service.

John Ronsley, who works on the platform, was awarded a score of 100 per cent by a mystery shopper.

This was for his friendly and helpful attitude providing excellent customer service to passengers.

Greater Anglia’s Simi Tinubu, said: “I would like to congratulate John on this perfect score and thank him for his efforts.”
