DO you know this man who is believed to have viciously assaulted another man in Springfield Road, Chelmsford, close to Missoula.

The victim, 20, from Chelmsford, was punched in the face and left with a fractured eye socket following a row.

The assault happened last Thursday, December 11, between 2.30am and 3am.

Investigating officer, Pc Karyn Daniels said: "The man in this picture has been identified as a possible suspect in this assault and we need to interview him urgently.

"If anyone knows who he is then I would ask them to contact me at Chelmsford Police Station on 101.

"Alternatively I would urge the man to come forward and speak to us himself.”
