New Hall School, an independent boarding and day school in Chelmsford, has appointed Dr Charlotte Goddard as its new Deputy Principal.
Dr Goddard is currently Assistant Head (Director of Teaching & Learning) and Head of Classics at St Mary’s School, Cambridge, where she has worked for the past 16 years.
Mrs Katherine Jeffrey, Principal at New Hall School said: “We are sincerely looking forward to welcoming Charlotte Goddard to the New Hall family.
"Her vast experience working across all age groups, combined with her commitment to Catholic school leadership, make her the ideal individual to take up this very important position.”
Dr Goddard said: “I am delighted and privileged to have been appointed Deputy Principal.
"I have felt welcomed by everyone I met at New Hall and I very much looking forward to joining the community in September.”
