A Chelmsford law firm has advised on the sale of Howard Global Insurance Services Ltd.
Birketts law firm acted for the shareholders of Howard Global Holdings Limited, providing corporate, property, tax and employment advice, during the sale to the Integro Group, an international insurance broker and risk management firm based in the US.
Howard Global, a Lloyd’s-registered broker headquartered in London, specialise in the provision of bloodstock insurance worldwide.

The deal will allow Howard Global Insurance Services to maintain their position as the leading bloodstock broker, while continuing to expand its book of accident and health, life and other related products.
