Man suffers serious facial injury during assault at a Chelmsford bar
A man has suffered a serious facial injury after being attacked at a Chelmsford bar.
The man was assaulted at Bar Funk in Tindal Street, Chelmsford, shortly after 4am on Sunday and taken to hospital.
His injuries are serious but not life changing.
A 28-year-old man from West Yorkshire and a 24-year-old man from Chelmsford have been arrested on suspicion of assault.
They were released on police bail until Thursday, April 30 pending further enquiries.
