Chelmsford food fanatics are being encouraged by local pub, the Queen B, to create their own culinary colossus to feature on its next menu.
The Queen B Flaming Grill on Waterson Vale, which is famous for its food challenges, including the Trash Can Challenge and Fire Extinguisher Wings, is now looking to Chelmsford residents to come up with its next foodie feast.
Whether it’s an ice cream mega mountain, a feast of meat, or eating peas with chop sticks, no idea is too big or eccentric.
The overall winner will receive a £500 cash prize and see their culinary creation come to life on pub menus across the UK.
Jozef Blachnio, general manager at the Queen B, said: “This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to design your own fantasy feast.
"Our range of food challenges are loved by our local guests, so I’m sure many will jump at the chance of creating their own.”
Participants can enter before June 28 by using the Create a Challenge app on the Flaming Grill Facebook page, www.facebook.com/flaminggrillpubs or by visiting the website www.flaminggrillpubs.com
Flaming Grill is part of Spirit Pub Company which owns and operates more than 800 managed pubs across the UK.
