Police want to identify these six people after £1,400 worth of shoes were stolen from the Deichmann store in High Chelmer Shopping Centre in Chelmsford.
It is thought they may have been working together when the shoes were taken on January 23 and 31.
Anybody who recognises the man is asked to call Pc Christopher Mizzi at Chelmsford on Essex Police 101.
