A MAN was tasered, beaten with a baseball bat and robbed after stopping his car when a man walked out into the road.
The 18-year-old man was driving a red Ford Fiesta on Creekview Road in South Woodham Ferrers last night at around 11.30pm.
A man walked out into the road and the victim stopped his car.
A second man opened the passenger door and tasered him causing him to fall from the car.
He was then assaulted by both men with a baseball bat.
The men then stole the car and a mobile phone.
The car was found a short time later abandoned.
The victim was taken to hospital with a head injury.
