POLICE are continuing to question one man in connection with the murder of Brian Hurry in Chelmsford.
Mr Hurry was found dead at his home in Bramwoods Road shortly after 5pm on Saturday, June 18.
A 43-year-old man, 41-year-old woman and 24-year-old man, all from Chelmsford, were arrested on suspicion of murder.
The 43-year-old man was been released on police bail pending further enquiries until September 19.
The 41 year old woman has been released on bailed until June 27.
The 24 year old man remains in custody this afternoon.
A post-mortem examination is taking place to establish the cause of the 78-year-old’s death.
