Watch some of your favourite films under the stars at Hylands House when the Luna Cinema comes to Chelmsford.

The back lawn of Hylands House will be turned into an open air cinema to show three blockbuster films this September.

On Tuesday, September 13 Star Wars: The Force Awakens will entertain the crowds.

Watch in awe as, three decades after the defeat of the Galactic Empire, a new threat arises.

The First Order attempts to rule the galaxy and only a ragtag group of heroes can stop them, along with the help of the Resistance.

The action continues on Wednesday, September 14, when the 80s classic Top Gun will be screened.

Watch Tom Cruise star in the classic film; students at the United States Navy's elite fighter weapons school compete to be best in the class with one daring young pilot learning a few things from a civilian instructor which are not taught in the classroom.

Finally on Thursday, September 15, you can come and have ‘the time of your life' with the Oscar winning, romantic film Dirty Dancing.

The story follows a family spending the summer at a Catskills resort; Frances ‘Baby' Houseman falls in love with the camp's dance instructor, Johnny Castle, against the wishes of her father and soon everyone realises that Frances is a ‘Baby' no longer.

For those wanting to treat themselves, premium tickets are on offer, where the viewer can watch the film from a reserved director's chair, in prime position of the screen.

Premium ticket holders will also receive a complimentary drink at the Luna Bar and will be able to avoid the queues by enjoying priority access to the bar and hot food.

Doors will open at 6pm and the films are planned to start at 7.30pm.
