Kieron Noone, who was wanted for failing to appear at court, was arrested on June 26.

Noone, 26, of no fixed address, was also charged with assault and using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour, in relation to separate incidents in Chelmsford on June 14.

He appeared at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court on June 28 and pleaded guilty to these two charges. He was given a 12-month community order, ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and fined a total £85 court costs.

He also admitted a charge of possession of cannabis and failing to appear at court on May 17 in relation to this offence.

He was fined £80 and ordered to pay £85 costs for the drugs offence and fined £80 for the failure to appear at court.
