Man, 31, arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure in Melbourne Park, Chelmsford
Police have arrested a 31-year-old man of no fixed address in Melbourne Park Chelmsford on Sunday, July 3.
He was arrested on suspicion of two incidents of indecent exposure.
They happened at 3.30pm and 6pm, however, investigating officers believe the the suspect may have been in the park for several hours, possibly since 10am.
The man has been released on police bail pending further enquiries until July 18.
