Council reveal plans to help lonely people overcome isolation
CHELMSFORD is on track for an innovative new scheme to help people get fit and out of isolation.
Essex County Council’s GoodGym will be launched next Wednesday, from out - side the Ideas Hub at 6.30pm.
A free to attend weekly event, residents of all ages and abilities are welcome to join forces for a weekly run, physical activities, and the opportunity to support older, isolated residents.
