A WOMAN has been charged with perverting the course of justice in connection with the murder of Brian Hurry in Chelmsford on Saturday, June 18.
Anna Blackwell, 20, of Tennyson Road, Chelmsford, was charged on Friday, August 19, having originally been arrested on June 21.
She has been released on police bail to appear at Chelmsford Magistrates Court on September 21.
Michael McDonald, 24, of Tennyson Road, Chelmsford and Terry Hurry, 41, of Spring Rise, Galleywood, appeared at Chelmsford Crown Court today, Monday, August 22, charged with murder. Both pleaded not guilty and the trial was fixed for December 12.
Hurry is also charged with theft and perverting the course of justice.
