overturned lorry closes carriageway on A130 southbound
A SERIOUS accident involving a lorry has partially blocked the southbound carriageway of the A130.
The incident, just after junction 17 at Howe Green, was reported by Essex Traffic Control as an overturned lorry at 4.55pm today.
One lane of the carriageway is closed and police are on the scene as the vehicle awaits recovery.
Heavy traffic is currently queuing at the Howe Green junction, including delays on the exit sliproad of the A12.
