PUPILS from Brentwood School bagged a top design prize for a glove they made which glows in the dark.
The team of six Year Ten pupils, Phillippa Hampson, Matt Charlesworth, Nyle Amin, Ben Rowley, Sidtharth Sureshkumar and Joshua Kanaganayagam, won the international Virtual Ventura competition for their GoGlove.
The device features LED lights on the back and fingertips to help cyclists become more visible in dark conditions while riding.
Judges at the award ceremony held in the London Design Museum loved the invention with designer Sebastian Conran even saying he would sell them now.
