TRAIN service bosses want to hear feedback from Brentwood and Shenfield passengers over refurbished carriages recently launched.
Greater Anglia have started running the upgraded Class 321 vehicle on the line which runs through the stations.
Improvements have been made to the carriage's seats, air conditioning and lighting plus step free access.
The train will be used along the network for a year with an online survey being set up to find out what customers think of the changes.
Managing director of Greater Anglia Ruud Haket said: "We are delighted to be trialling a fully refurbished Class 321 train on Abellio Greater Anglia and especially keen to gain customers’ feedback on the upgraded on-board environment."
