BRENTWOOD Council has launched a consultation over proposed changes for tenancy agreements on social housing in the borough.
Tenants will receive paperwork explaining the alterations with council bosses asking for feedback before they are finalised in April.
Residents have until February 14 to send in their views with changes including specifying who will be living in the property and tenants reporting repairs and pest problems immediately.
