COMEDIAN and former Brentwood School pupil Griff Rhys Jones got the chance to read through his old work when he visited his old classrooms.
The Three Men In A Boat star went to the school for the Sir Antony Browne Society’s annual dinner where he was a guest speaker.
During the trip, he was shown poems he wrote along with work by his ex-classmate and author Douglas Adams which were found in a cupboard at the venue.
The work had been written in 1971 when Jones was 17, with the comedian saying he was "delighted" to read back through the work.
