CROSSRAIL could see the average price of property in Brentwood rise by nearly £100,000.
The predicted figures by online estate agents eMoov would also see properties in Shenfield increase on average a massive £67,400 by 2020.
The property group have predicted figures at every station stop on the project which will see Shenfield connected all the way through London to Reading.
The figures would see property in Brentwood, on average, earn another £92,866.
The average flat in Brentwood in 2004 was valued at £155,000, this is predicted to be worth double by 2020 by eMoov.
eMoov chief executive Russell Quirk said:“The London market is currently cooling, however there are still pockets of the capital and south east which represent fantastic opportunities for property investment.
“Crossrail locations can expect significantly elevated increases in prices in the coming years compared to non-Crossrail areas.”
