Solar panel farm for Hutton?
PLANS for a solar panel farm near Hutton have been unveiled.
Lightsource, the company behind the project, hope to build the farm on green belt land on Havering Grove Farm, just off of Rayleigh Road.
The project would generate electricity for nearly 1,500 homes and, if given the go-ahead, could remain on the land for up to 30 years.
