Pupils across Brentwood made sure they did their bit to raise money for Children In Need this year.

Various activities were held at schools across the borough as youngsters got dressed up, had fun with Pudsey Bear and held cake sales.

At Brentwood Preparatory School little ones in Cynthia Morgan's class bandaged a bear for Pudsey to raise money for the charity while children at the Butterflies Montessori School held cake sales and sold pre-owned uniforms as well as taking part in role play activities to re-inforce the principals of the charity.
