A VICIOUS brawl where men were stabbed has sparked an urgent police appeal for witnesses.
The fracas happened near the Nisa store, Kings Road, Brentwood on Wednesday (August 10) at about 9.20pm.
A 17-year-old male from Brentwood has been arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm.
When officers arrived they found three men had suffered injuries.
A 26-year-old man suffered a broken nose, a 30-year-old man suffered stab wounds to the arm and a third man had stab injuries to the back and suffered a collapsed lung.
He was taken to the Royal London Hospital where he remains in a stable condition.
Acting DI Mark Barber said: "The Kings Road area of Brentwood is very busy day and night and we would like to hear from anyone who may have witnessed this incident.
"We are continuing to investigate the circumstances of what happened.
"Incidents such as this are very rare in Brentwood and I would like to reassure residents that detectives are working around the clock to bring all of those responsible to justice.”
