FORMER Labour spin doctor Alastair Campbell breezed into Brentwood to open a new mental health facility.
The broadcaster unveiled a plaque to open a new resource centre for the South Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust.
Health leaders and VIPs gathered for the opening of the facility, based at the High Wood Hospital site in the town.
Mr Campbell, a mental health champion and supporter of the national mental health campaign Time To Change, also met staff from the centre, which will house mental health outpatient, day care and therapy services for adults.
