Shoplifting 'mooners' chased out of shop

TWO women flashed their bottoms as they were chased out of a shop.

The cheeky incident happened after the two women were accused of shoplifting from the French Quarter interiors shop, in Crown Street, Brentwood.

It happened just after noon last Wednesday, after the two women entered the shop.

They then tried to leave with a number of items without paying, according to shop owner Linda Heath.

She said: “They were at the door and I challenged them.

“They started shouting at me, pushed me and then they walked off.

“I went after them to take a picture on my phone but they pulled a moonie at me.”

She said she believed the pair may have got away with a couple of rings.

Anyone with information can call police at Brentwood on 101.
