Mercedes' stolen in burglary

TWO Mercedes Benz cars were stolen from a driveway after a thief broke into a house and took the keys.
The cars were taken from a house in Hay Green Lane, Hook End, and detectives are appealing for information.
The break-in happened during the early afternoon of Thursday, June 28.
Det Con Jo Phillips said: “This burglary took place in a remote area of the county and, combined with the theft of two distinctive white Mercedes, would have attracted some attention.
“We would like to hear from anyone who saw any suspicious, unusual activity on this road during that Thursday afternoon.”
Officers carried out a forensic examination of the property, as well as house-to-house enquiries.
