Eclipse can open until 3.30am

A NIGHTCLUB has been allowed to stay open for an hour longer.
Members of Brentwood Council's planning committee agreed that Eclipse in Ongar Road could stay open until 3.30am on Thursdays. Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
Previously the club was allowed to remain open until 2.30am from Monday to Friday and until 3am on Saturdays and Sundays.
At the end of May councillors refused an application for the club to remain open until 4am.
That proposal had been recommended for approval by council officers, but views from councillors were strongly against the idea.
