NONE of mid Essex's MPs are using their expense accounts to employ relatives.
The first official record of MPs with spouses, partners or children on the payroll has been published, in the wake of revelations that Conservative Derek Conway had employed both his sons as researchers while they were at university.
More than 100 politicians featured on the list, but it did not include the names of Chelmsford MP Simon Burns, Maldon MP John Whittingdale, Billericay MP John Baron, or Eric Pickles, who represents Brentwood.
