Brentwood Town visited Mayesbrook Park for their latest pre-season fixture on Saturday - and returned with a 3-0 win over Essex Senior League side Barking.
After a goal-less first half, Blues scored three times in the second period, with Jamie Williams, Jerry Nkrumah and Ricky Hayles all finding the net.
The Brentwood Town Reserves also had a win in their pre-season friendly, beating Godmanchester Rovers 1-0 at the Brentwood Centre.
This Saturday, July 26, the first team continue their build up-for the 2008/09 season with a fixture at Hullbridge Sports while the Reserves are at home to Takeley. Both games kick off at 3pm.
On Tuesday July 29, the first team travel to Aveley FC where they will play another Essex Senior League side, Romford, with kick-off at 7.45pm.
Brentwood Town FC have announced the sale of season tickets for the coming season's campaign. The cost for an adult season ticket is £120, while the cost for a concession/student season ticket is £65.
Chairman Keith Woodcock commented: "We are delighted to be able to offer season tickets at such attractive prices following enormous interest from a good number of our supporters.
"The season tickets will allow admission to the ground for our 21 home fixtures in the Ryman One North League, but will not, I'm afraid apply to FA Cup games and the like."
If you are interested in a season ticket, you can apply to Keith by calling 07885 233210 - or pop into the clubhouse on Tuesday evenings and see him in person.
Keith also mentioned the Brentwood Town club nights, which are becoming extremely popular ways for Blues fans to spend Tuesday and Thursday evenings.
"Apart from the Tuesdays when we have games, we are encouraging supporters to come over and watch both the first team and reserves training, meet the players, coaches and management, and to enjoy a pint or two from the well-stocked clubhouse bar," he said.
"We have seen numbers increase over the past few weeks and we would really welcome some more new faces.
"This is your club, so why not come over and enjoy it, and maybe get a little more involved?
"You never know, you may be able to teach Carl and Scotty a thing or two!"
